What counts as a "request"?

Each AI API call that passes through the BladeRun Gateway or is logged via the SDK counts as one request. Responses are included — we don't double count.

Can BladeRun be deployed on-premise?

Yes. We offer cloud (SaaS), on-premise, and hybrid deployment options to meet your security and compliance requirements.

What compliance certifications do you have?

We're SOC 2 Type II certified. HIPAA BAA available. FedRAMP authorization in progress.

How long does implementation take?
